[PRad] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: DAQ configuration change on run 1229

We have increased the gate window by 32 ns to compensate the shift.
As expected, LED signal from reference PMT comes back, but we observe about 2% increase on the pedestal and led for all the modules.

And the current hold off on TI-master is 
  Trigger rule 1: no more than 1 trigger in 29760ns
  Trigger rule 2: no more than 2 trigger in 0ns
  Trigger rule 3: no more than 3 trigger in 0ns
  Trigger rule 4: no more than 4 trigger in 0ns

We need carefully monitor the status of the data with this temporary solution.
