[PRad] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: TI Updates

It looks like all files in /data/totape directory are old,
not sure why they were not moved to silo. But all new (today)
files seems moved to SILO successfully. Please keep moving
data from /data/prad to /data/totape as soon as possible,
it will give more time to cronjob to move them to SILO.

Yes, Actually the 900s have already been saved on silo.
I will double-check this and remove the redundant copy on daq machine.
