[PRad] PRAD shift update

12 GeV team requested additional time in the hall. See message below.
We will not get any beam at least till Friday afternoon.
Therefore PRAD shifts are canceled until Friday afternoon. 
At this point it is not clear if we will get beam on weekend. We will send an update on Thursday

Hello Ashot and Eugene,

Based on the status of the torus vacuum checks, 12 GeV project requested 
additional time in the
hall. Unless leaks are found, there will be no beam running for PRad 
till Friday afternoon. On
Thursday we will know if torus work will need weekend or not.
Since machine is not performing well, this perhaps will not be big loss 
for the experiment.

We will keep eye on the progress and will make decisions as we go. 
Sooner leaks are found
better for everyone. If torus gets to a steady pump down stage, more 
uninterrupted running for
PRad will be available.
