[PRad] [New Logentry] booster2 shortage and scintillator signal recover

1. We went down to the hall check the booster2 status, we replaced it with spare one, but the spare one still shows the same behaviour(very low voltage but high current) .
we will check the circuit later on to fix it .

2. checked scintillator signal , found that the signals are ok for direct incoming cables from sintillator, but after pass the fan-in fan-out module ,they are gone .
   so we changed two signals to other channels of the module then the signal recovered. and we put it on the scope channel 2 .
