[PRad] [New Logentry] booster2 issue

checked booster2 , disconnected the cable at back side if booster,  the HV held .
disconnected the cable before it go into the filter box , the HV held. 
disconnected the cable after filter box but before go into HyCal, the HV held.
connect booster2 directly into HyCal, HV failed. 
These results indicate that the shortage should be some where inside the HyCal not the cable or filter box.
So we decided to leave it be, just disconnected the booster2 from HyCal but still connected with booster1 and 3 in series .
