[PRad] [New Logentry] Trigger configuration changed for calibration

Since the effective trigger is not high with master OR only, we changed the trigger configuration for the calibration and trigger efficiency measurement.
Currently we have:
Total sum from lead glass, threshold 30 mV.
Total sum from all modules, threshold 70 mV.
Led source for gain monitoring, fixed rate at 120 Hz.
Alpha source for gain monitoring, random rate at around 150 Hz.
Master OR with prescale factor 1 (reduced 50%).
