[PRad] Weekly meeting on Friday 11/04/16

  Hi Maxime and All,

 I agree, but let us finish the HyCal tagger calibration first,
 and then if there is a time left we include the GEM.
 The following items are not discussed in the last meeting:
 include the
 a) calibration (last time was the physics calibration only
    based on the original Ilya's calibration constant)
 b) linearity for the different parts of HyCal
 c) understanding the transition region (without this we can not
    move to the physics part)
 d) calibration of the first crystals;
 c) trigger inefficiencies (if it is ready).

 For sure, we will discuss any new results also.
