Hi Ashot,
I believe the linearity part in snake run was studied by Ilya, which showed
that lead tungstate part is similar to it was in PrimEx, but lead glass
part had abnormal non-linearity constants.
We thought this might due to boosters for lead glass modules were not
working during the experiment., so the behavior is strange due to the high
local rates in snake runs.
Ilya also did a quick non-linearity study on physics run, and the lead
glass part is much better in the physics runs, which supported this
assumption.
To summarize, Ilya has already done the non-linearity study for the snake
runs. However, the results cannot be applied directly to the physics runs
due to the booster issue (and different type of particles and different
incident angles).
So Weizhi is working on the non-linearity study for physics runs. We can
discuss this in details during the meeting.
Best Regards,
Chao
