  Dear All,

 As you see from Volker's report below our new proposal got a "deferred".
 Well, we need to finish the PRad first, and try to answer to additional
 questions from the PAC45 (I am guessing regarding the sensitivity of
 extracted radius from the measured cross sections and its impact to the
 problem).

 We did our best for this proposal, we need more work to bring to a
 condition to be approved.

Attached are the PAC results.

DRAD is deferred. The PAC likes to see first PRAD results published.
There are also a few more questions that are detailed in the final
report that should come out in a few weeks.
