[PRad] abstract for the DNP meeting in October

  Hi Weizhi,

 A very good abstract. Few comments:
 1) for the HyCal part, better to change the "...high efficiency ..."
    to "... large acceptance ..." .....

 2) the sentence before the last one ("... Both ...) better to not be
    at the abstract level. It is better to be in the text part. But,
    it is still okay to leave it in the abstract if you want to emphasize
    that part.
