[PRad] updated Tentative agenda

  Dear All PRad members,

 The updated Tentative agenda is posted on the same PRad wiki page.

 Please note, two new agenda items (forgotten in the first version)
 moved the collaboration meeting to the Saturday Morning session.

 Also, note that the Tentative agenda starts with the "discussion of
 the agenda".
