[PRad] [EXTERNAL] PRad-DRad weekly meeting (July 23rd)

  I did not have a network connection (up to now) so I missed the
 meeting.

 I just heard that they did not approve our proposal based on "Background
 is not clear ..."
 This is a NONSENSE. If anybody did background proof on a proposal level
 then that is this proposal, a taxi driver can understand that.
 THEY wanted to "reject" it but could not, decided to kill it in a slow
 motion.
 We will see.
