The experiment got a C2 rating (conditional approval, but requiring another defense).

Several others were deferred outright.

     is not clear ..."
     This is a NONSENSE. If anybody did background proof on a proposal level
     then that is this proposal, a taxi driver can understand that.
     THEY wanted to "reject" it but could not, decided to kill it in a slow
     motion.
     We will see.
