[PRad] [EXTERNAL] Re: new confirmation of X17

Dear everyone, their collaboration includes the main ATOMKI people so even
though the detection using a new spectrometer is great, I wouldn't call
this completely independent confirmation.

Also, the new spectrometer has only 2 arms as compared to ATOMKI's 5 arms.
I'm not sure how much this affects the results - the fact that they have 2
arms which are set at the angles where ATOMKI observed the anomaly in 8Be.
I know more arms are better but I don't know exactly why - background,
calibration, look elsewhere?
