[PRad] PAC results

The PAC results are out. DRad proposal once again was deferred. They encouraged us to come again with a change in the physics case, moving away from radius but focusing on the form factor measurement, perhaps in a different Q^2 range. The final report with all details is expected to be released in mid-August.
