[PRad] PAC results

  Yes, I was in the closeout meeting also (via zoom).

 I may be biased, but I think they did not deliver the right result,
 mostly i disagree with their oral recommendations. we have to wait
 before the official written document and see what is there.

 In all cases the collaboration did a great job in delivering a complete
 and a very high level proposal.
