[PRad] preliminary schedule for calibration, beam currents, and empty target runs

  Dear All,
 With Patrick's request I prepared and submitted the preliminary schedule
 for the PRad-II and X17 search experiments. The file is attached, we will
 try to finalize this schedule at Friday's meeting to help the scheduling
 process.
 Please send your comments, discussions, and corrections before the meeting.
 (Eugene already commented on the possibility of the HyCal calibration
 with the 0.7 GeV beam energy).
