Dear Erik

I recommend to write that the experiment is "scheduled to start" in January 2026. At the time of the Fall meeting there might be already a new schedule.
Why are you writing about potential discrepancies in the data? The discrepancies are real. The form factor evolution as measured with PRad is not consistent with the rest of the word data set.

Good luck with your talk.

Best,
Patrick

Subject: [PRad] [EXTERNAL] Erik Wrightson's DNP Abstract for Collaboration Review/Approval

Hello Everyone,

Attached you will find the draft of my proposed abstract for a 10-minute oral presentation at the Fall APS-DNP meeting in Chicago. My advisor, Dr. Dipangkar Dutta, has already reviewed and approved the content of the abstract. I plan to give a brief overview of the PRad-II experimental goals and setup and then focus on HyCal and the DAQ performance in testing and installation. Please let me know if you have any comments or concerns. For reference, there is a 1300 character limit and the current draft is at 1299 characters so please keep that in mind when suggesting any edits. The submission is due Tuesday (07/15). Please reply with any comments, if you have any, as soon as you are able. Thank you.

Best,
Erik Wrightson (he/him)
