[PRad] [EXTERNAL] Erik Wrightson's DNP Abstract for Collaboration Review/Approval

  Dear Erik,

  The abstract is very good. I agree with Patrick's comments, and would 
like
  to add a few more general suggestions related to all other upcoming 
abstracts.
  As we always try to emphasize, the first goal of the PRad-II experiment 
is
  to provide a new, high precision form factor measurement at a very low 
Q2 range.
  The second comment is related to the experimental method: adding the 
tracking
  capability in the experiment (by 2 plains of GEM detectors).
