I suggest that we switch the order of these two slides, so response to Recommendation 2 is followed by recommendation 4.
 
On your response to recommendation 2, you illustrate the upper stream target cell window and used singular form  “target cell window” in the first bullet. I want to make sure that your ~9% number is based on the simulation including both target cell windows, as both should be included. Change window to windows and indicate both windows on the drawing.
 
If you do not plan on sending slides 3-5, that is fine. If you do, then, you will need to include other target cell configurations on slide 3.
 
There are small language related issues that you can improve. Slide 1, please use upper scripts to describe 10^{-5}. 10^{-7} in the quoted committee recommendation, etc..
