[Prex] accuracy and loquacity on shift!

I know this is the ABCs of shift work, but I'd like to emphasize that shift workers strive to be

accurate in all the information they record and don't be shy to make comments or extra halog entries

to clarify.  I have been looking at older data from this run, and I don't want to call out anyone but there

were several instances of apparently wrong StartRun entries (e.g. wrong target) and various typos.

But since there was redundancy in the information and some other explanations I was able to figure

out what happened.  Please focus on accuracy and feel free to add explanations.  You'll be happier

when you analyze the data.
