[Prex] [CREX] status; shifts cancelled

Hello, CREXers.  Note the following.

  *   Shifts cancelled for Monday day, swing, and Tuesday owl.  Likely will cancel more shifts.
  *   Still thinking of having beam Wed Aug 5, but unsure.  Other halls are starting to get beam.
  *   HRS detector stack work.  Flurry of activity and problems.  See the HALOG for details.
It's a topic for Monday's RC meeting.
  *   Sadly, still struggling to finish 3 OSPs whose deadline expired (new safety requirements ...)
