[Prex] Hall A readiness; sweep planned; RC meeting

Today, I told the PD and Radcon that we can sweep the hall A at any time that is convenient, then
we go to controlled access.  I don't think we need that many keys for the bit of work that remains.
If Radcon needs a person to help with the sweep we can coordinate that.  *If* the hall B gets beam
today, then we could get beam in hall A tomorrow.  Big *if*.  Stay tuned.  Will know more after
the 1:30 MCC meeting.

  *   Hall A techs have done their checklist => hall is ready for beam, magnets work, etc
  *   Victoria will ramp up the magnets to nominal 2.2 GeV settings today.
  *   Devi and Bogdan continue to test R-HRS detectors.  Looks pretty good so far.
  *   Chuck Long appears to have fixed the ArCO2 leak.
  *   I don't think there are any other problems (let me know if I'm wrong).
  *   I think Cameron is done with his DAQ repairs/tests but I guess we'll hear at the 3:30 RC meeting
