[Prex] [EXTERNAL] filling shifts again.

Hi CREXers,
It has now been confirmed that HallC will be down for a few days to install
their final target. This means that we will be taking beam for the
remainder of this week and that all shifts must be staffed once again.
Please take one of the open Owl or Day shifts. Eric and Zeke have agreed to
continue taking their swing shifts and Weibin his Day shifts as originally
planned. Thanks!
