[Prex] [New Logentry] Preparing for beam (RC update)

Due to Hall C needing to repair/replace their target we will be taking beam for the remainder of the week. Talks are ongoing as to when and whether the planned 1pass for Hall C will occur. We have staffed the counting house and have ramped up the spectrometers except for the exceptionally slow RHRS dipole which takes hours to stabilize. The hall has been swept and we are otherwise ready for beam. We do not plan to wait for the dipole before taking beam since it generally takes a long time to establish beam through the chicane anyway. I expect the dipole should be stabilized by mid-swing and optimistically we can start taking data then. MCC has reverted the arc BDL to where we have spent most of August (MBSY1C.BDL=543627) and we will be setting the energy via a PID lock on our dpp=-1.1e-4 as we have previously done when Hall C was off. I have informed Halls B and D of this since it could affect their polarization and made a log entry (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3838549).!
  Hall B showed some concern since they had just completed a Moller measurement. Hall D asked that I make a log entry. 

We have managed to staff the counting house for swing and owl but day SL tomorrow remains open. Devi reverted the detector motion from yesterday so that we will be ready for the lower energy. He will do an alignment check on owl shift. Let's get some coulombs!
