The Hall C folks made this nifty link with COVID-19 info.

The first link is to a training (SAF003) you'll need to take before returning to
the JLab campus.

The 2nd link is an OSP that you'll need to sign; a hardcopy will be placed in the
Hall A and C counting rooms, among other places.

The rest is self-explanatory; people are being brought back in gradually.
