[Prex] [New Logentry] Current ACC Schedule -- update

The current schedule according to a conversation with the PD and looking at the SAD calendar

This week (June 29): turning on RF
Next week (July 6): hot checkout
After that, spin up the machine -- thread the beam from one dumplet to the next.  It takes 2 weeks.
July 26: nominal start of Physics.

On our end, we need to be ready on this timescale.
(As usual, lots of caveats, things could change, etc ...)
