[Prex] [New Logentry] RC daily update

Yesterday 8:36-20:00 (11.5h), AC technicians were working on the compressor at the LHRS hut https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3800842. After that we had couple RF cavities issues----2.5hour, however, while we were taking production during the owl shift, the efficiency was ~80%. 

Accumulated charge from yesterday Day shift to today Owl shift is~ 2.4C, we are at the 1/3 of slug 161. 

Currently we are down due to the VBV2L08A Vacuum Valve issue, we will continue production after that. 

Solved Issue:

The compressor of the LHRS hut AC unit has been installed and checked, it works functionally. The temperature is fluctuated from 77.6 F to 78.5F, and all electronics are OK there, https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3801251. 

To-do-list:

1)The replacement fan motor of the small AC unit will arrive later today, and we can install it with a "free" access later. The critical temperature for stopping the beam is 85F based on Bob's judgement. 

2) Fixing the VESDA blinking lights later when there is a longer down time. (Inform Jessie 2-days advance).
