[Prex] [New Logentry] RC daily update

Yesterday the accelerator was down (~9.5 h) for the VBV2L08A vacuum valve closure and a couple of beam restoring issues. We got tune beam back around 14:45pm yesterday afternoon, Compton steering, Compton rates scan, and PITA scan were carried out after that. The average efficiency fo yesterday swing shift and today owl shift is ~70%. 

Accumulated charge from yesterday Day shift to today Owl shift is ~5.9 C, we are at the beginning slug 163. 

Plan is to continue production today, and tomorrow after Hall C Moller measurements (~14:30), there will a scheduled 15-20min downtime for the A2 interception tests (pre-beam-study) https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3798499. No RF parameter changes and only Hall C chopper slit and laser attenuator settings would be altered, and only very transiently.

Issue:

LHRS hut temperature had been staying at 79.1F since the beginning of today's owl shift until today noon, after that it went up to 80F momentarily. However It stays at 79.1F now (12:25) https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3802078 The Tech-on-call has been informed.
