[Primex] change in PrimEx weekly meeting time

[Ashot Gasparian]

   We will try to change the PrimEx weekly meeting
  time on Fridays from 3:30 back to 1:30 pm in order
  to have more participation.

  Please let me know if you have an unsolvable
  scheduling conflict with this new (and old) time.
