[Primex] change in PrimEx weekly meeting time

Hi, Ashot,

Our department colloquium time is from 2:00-3:00. I may have scheduling conflict sometimes. What about if we start at 3:00pm?

  time on Fridays from 3:30 back to 1:30 pm in order
  to have more participation.
