[Primex2] CD-2015, an updated version

Hi Ashot,

it would be quite informative for the reader if the results for the 
carbon target and the silicon target
are presented separately. Also it is not clear to me that adding the 
systematic uncertainties of the two
results in quadrature is the correct approach. If "number of photons" 
refers to the photon flux then this
is presumably the same for both measurements and adding this part in 
quadrature does not make sense.
However, I am not familiar with the details of the analysis so I may be 
wrong of course.
