[Primexd] [New Logentry] CCAL/FCAL trigger

We have performed some initial implementation of the trigger based on the energy depositions in
FCAL and CCAL. The hardware configuration includes FCAL, TAGH1, TAGM1, PS1,2, and 
trigger crates:

Setup:     hd_all.tsg_ccal_fcal
Config:    CCAL_FCAL_TAGGER.conf

The configuration includes two trigger types:
E_FCAL + E_CCAL  >  2 GeV
PS trigger

FCAL and CCAL relative timing delays have been adjusted, some
fine tuning is still required

The LH2 target was filled. 
 
We have performed some initial tests of the CCAL rates at small luminosity 
(detailed studies will be done tomorrow, there is no beam now).

We take data using this configuration over night 
(the first Compton run with the CCAL)
