[Primexd] [Revised Logentry] CCAL LED trigger delay adjusted

We have adjusted the delay for the TS front pannel trigger. 
NIM output of  the CAEN1496 module, which goes to the TS FP  
was reconnected to port 7 (it used to be connected to port 8, where 
the range of the time delay didn't allow us to adjust the TS FP and GTP 
times properly)

Positions of FADC waveforms in the readout window for the 
TS FP and GTP triggers are shown in Fig. 1. The TS FP trigger
appears before the consecutive GTP self trigger.

Trigger bit (bit 5) for the CCAL FP trigger is recorded
to data now; some adjustments are still needed.
