I've added TAC trigger to the configuration for the TAC snake scan:

RUN:        EXPERT

SETUP:    hd_all.tsg_ccal_tagger_tac

CONFIG: CCAL_TAGGER_TAC_m10.conf  (raw fadc mode)
                 CCAL_TAGGER_TAC_m9.conf   (production mode)


Trigger types:
-----------------


Bit 1: CCAL energy sum 
Bit 2:  TAC energy sum

Front panel  Bit 5:  LED 

TAC is added starting from run 52386
