[Primexd] [New Logentry] Configuration for PrimEx production

All crates are included in the readout except those for CDC and FDC

SETUP:     hd_all.tsg_ccal_prod
CONFIG:  CCAL_FCAL_PS_m9.conf       (production mode)

CONFIG:  CCAL_FCAL_PS_m10.conf       (raw mode)

Trigger types: 

Bit 1:  CCAL & FCAL global energy, E > 2 GeV
Bit 4:  PS 

TS FP  Triggers:

Bit 3:    FCAL LED
Bit 5:    CCAL LED
Bit 12:  Random

Typical LED trigger rates to be used for production:

FCAL LED - 10 Hz  

(to start LED pulser go to the "BCAL LED pulser" CSS screen and press Run button on the bottom left)

CCAL LED pulser - 10 Hz
 (start from "ComCal LED pulser" CSS screen")

Random pulser - 100 Hz
(start from "PS LED pulser" CSS scren)


Note, timing offsets for some subdetectors have to be adjusted
