[Primexd] [New Logentry] CCAL cabling check

We have checked CCAL cabling using fadc scalers and an LED pulser.
We turned on HV for each individual channel and checked the scaler 
rate. We found that two  cables were swapped. We will fix them tomorrow.

(-1, -6)  <--->  (-6, -1) 
(6,  3)   <---->  (3,  6)
