[Primexd] [Revised Logentry] HV calibration (sbake scan)

We have performed initial HV calibration (gain equalization) using CCAL snake scan data.

(In January, we changed fadc250 voltage range to 2 V, HV were increased by 55 V compared
with the run in December 2018)
