[Primexd] [Revised Logentry] PrimEx checklist, trigger

We have performed several checks before we started production on Be target.

1) Relative trigger time between the FCAL and CCAL was checked using a low-intensity 
beam. The CCAL trigger delay was changed with respect to the FCAL. Results of the delay 
scan are shown in Fig. 1.

2) TS Front panel triggers (and corresponding trigger delays) have been checked:

 Fig. 2: FADC waveforms induced by the LED trigger  (FP trigger bit 5)

 Fig. 3: FADC waveforms of two reference PMTs for the LED trigger

 Fig. 4 and Fig 5: FADC waveforms of two reference PMT for the Alpha source (TS FP bit 6).

Note, fadc with reference PMTs (Slot 15) is read out in the raw mode10.
