[Primexd] [Revised Logentry] Suspicious channel in the inner FCAL ring

There is one suspicious (dead) channel in the inner FCAL ring. This channel has rather large current (about 4 mA).
I noticed the problem starting from run 61357 (may be it happened earlier). Colin, please check this channel on Monday, 
likely we'll need to replace the base.
