[Primexd] PrimEx RC update

Dear Collaborators,

The beam was restored today with the reduced energy of 11.17GeV. We 
checked the radiation levels and performed a harp scan to evaluate the 
beam convergence. However, many interruptions and position instabilities 
prevented us from performing a collimator scan to optimize the 
transmission so far.

The CDC HV was ramped up and we confirmed that the currents in the inner 
rings stayed well below the threshold. The detector will be included in 
the read-out and it will remain turned on for the rest of the weekend.

We plan to take mostly production data (200nA beam current, 10^-4 RL AL 
radiator) until Monday morning. At 8.30am on Monday, the accelerator 
group will start performing beam studies and we will have at least 4h 
time for hall access.
