[Primexd] PrimEx RC Update

Dear Collaborators,

PrimEx running over the weekend has been quite smooth. Today, we continue
production running until 3:30pm, when we will stop to begin emptying the
target for a TAC run and empty target running for a few days. As we
discussed on Friday, the accelerator still plans on doing PQB tests for
Hall A Monday and Tuesday. This should not affect the quality of beam
delivered to us. Wednesday is still planned as an RF recovery day.
