[Pvdis] PVDIS long paper v1.1

Dear All:

We submitted the PVDIS long paper to Phys. Rev. C and have received their comments last month. In the attachment please find the (only) referee report and the editor's comments.

In the past few days I have worked out a revised version, please see attached v1.1.  I have revised all figures to make them more suitable for publication/printing, and added Acknowledgement. The only change to the text is about the explanation why charged pions have smaller asymmetries than DIS electrons:

previous:
"Charged pions are produced in decays of nucleon resonances created by electron scattering off nucleon or nuclear targets. Simulations have shown that for the pions to have the same momentum as DIS electrons, the parent nucleon resonance must have been produced at a lower $Q^2$ than DIS events, thus typically cause a smaller parity-violating asymmetry than DIS electrons. This has been confirmed by the asymmetry of the pion triggers measured during the experiment."

now:
"Charged pions are produced in decays of nucleon resonances from electro- and photo-productions. They are typically dominated by photo-productions, and thus have a smaller parity-violating asymmetry than DIS electrons. This has been confirmed by the asymmetry of the pion triggers measured during the experiment."

At this moment I'd like to have a final check of the figure quality, author list, and acknowledgement. I hope to send it out early next week. Please do a quick read and let me know if anything should be changed.
