[Pwg] Draft slide for PAC talk (v1)

Dear All:

I have a first draft for the PAC talk on Tuesday. I am supposed to post it on indico no later than the day before the talk, but I hope to post it sometime today (Sunday) to allow some Q&A's. The talk will be 20+10 minutes.
