[Pwg] PAC49 Ae+e- proposal closeout

Dear All:

Many of you probably already knew that the proposal on Ae+e- DIS with SoLID and PEPPo was deferred by PAC49.

In the upcoming week I will be talking to individual groups (accelerator, source, detector, SoLID, PWG, theory...) to brainstorm ideas, but a more clear plan will have to wait until the PAC written report is released.

Please let me know if you have suggestions or thoughts to share.
