[Pwg] [EXTERNAL] Proposal to measure Two-photon exchange at CLAS12

Dear Positron Working Group colleagues,
	On behalf of the other spokespeople, I'm attaching a draft of a proposal to JLab PAC 51 titled,

"A Direct Measurement of Hard Two-Photon Exchange with Electrons and Positrons at CLAS12"

This proposal has been reviewed and endorsed by the Positron Working Group Proposal Review Committee.
