[Pwg] [EXTERNAL] New proposal to PAC51

 Dear Colleagues,

 The attached proposal about the measurement of polarized and unpolarized Beam Charge Asymmetries in the DVCS channel will be 
 submitted to PAC51 this coming monday. The proposal has been reviewed and endorsed by the CLAS Collaboration and the Jefferson Lab positron Working Group.

 If you would like to sign on the proposal, please let me know by email before Sunday, May 21, noon EDT. Additional comments and feedback are welcome.
