[Qcbc] [EXTERNAL] Quantum Computing Boot Camp

Hello,
I saw that you were holding a Quantum Computing Boot Camp and this drew my interest. We actually have an Atos Quantum Learning Machine (QLM) which might be a great tool to use for this camp. Qiskit is actually supported and you'd get a few features on it. We would potentially be open to loaning one out to JLab if you'd be interested. Even if it weren't for this Boot Camp, if there is anybody there who is interested in a test drive, we would be happy to entertain this.
