In order to ensure a smooth process, we kindly request that you proceed to the registration desk located in the CEBAF building lobby to check-in on Tuesday, June 20. Sue Ewing will welcome you between 8:30-9:30 am. So please make sure to arrive on time to avoid any delays. If you haven't registered yet on indico, please take a moment to do so.

If you have any disabilities or you are not able to walk / use ride share apps for other reasons, please let us know, and we will make appropriate arrangements to accommodate your needs.
