Hi Buddhini,

This is a very nice paper!  My only copyediting-type comment is that in
line 246 the idiom is "in principle," rather than your "in principal."

There are a few places where there are typesetting quirks that draw my eye;
I suppose that fixing those is mostly the job of the editorial staff at the
journal, but it doesn't hurt to submit them correctly.

* Hyphens (LaTeX "-") that should be en-dashes (LaTeX "--") to separate
numbers in a range. Lines 99, 135

* Hyphens (LaTeX "-") that should be math-mode minus signs ("$-$"): line
148, 152, 175, 205, table I, table III

* equation 1 and following: I'd do $\sigma_\uparrow$ rather than your
$\sigma\uparrow$, etc.

* equation 1 and following: $\mathrm{Abs}\,M^{\gamma\gamma}$ if "abs" is
